Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight, case dimension and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

US Customers: Cuptainers will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.
Canada Customers: We take orders from Canada by email and fax. (Please download "Order via fax form") or you can check out on EBAY.COM (stores.ebay.com/cuptainers)
International Customers: If you want to purchase our products and you are outside of U.S.A., please call or email us.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
Orders will generally ship out within 24-48 hours.
Please be aware that shipments via UPS are significantly faster, are easily traced should they go astray, and have a guaranteed delivery time.
